Greentree Acting School update March 2015

LATEST NEWS:

Term One at GreenTree was a huge success with all the acting students being immersed in Improvisation madness! It has been lovely to welcome back all the current students and meet some wonderful new drama kids too. We welcome 2 new acting teachers to the school – Ben Noble and Alexis Porter. Both actors in their own right these guys are loving being a part of the Greentree team, not only teaching kids drama but learning from them too! Ben is having a ball with all his new classes and loves all of his actors at Greentree Acting School. Alexis has settled in nicely and is really challenging the new Monday acting students with their writing techniques. JUNIOR Students have been developing the concept of a Beginning, Middle and End to a story resulting in a more thorough storylines. INTERMEDIATE and SENIOR students have been taking this process one step further and writing their own scenes which they filmed in the studio, and are soon to be uploaded onto vimeo. Term 2 looks to challenge, engage and inspire! We can’t wait!

Our School holiday acting programs are getting ready to roll as well – it’s not too late to sign up for either our acting from camera class with Lyndelle Green for teens – or fun and games in Theatre World with Wayne Tunks. There is plenty to do these holidays at Greentree Acting School.
