Term Classes

• – Please submit this form with payment to Greentree Acting School.
• – Enrolments are not accepted without full payment.
• – Fees are fully refundable if notice of 7 working days is provided prior to commencement of course.
• – A fee of $10.00 will apply to late payments.
• – Enrolment forms do not reserve a place at Greentree Acting School.
• – Student enrolments are subject to availability and must be confirmed.
• – Health care card holders receive a 10% discount per student
• – If enrolling 2 or more students a 10% discount applies per student
• – Regrettably, no refunds are available once payments have been \ processed

I understand that the instructors at Greentree Acting School will not be responsible for accidental injury, sickness or consequences thereof during my child’s participation in the lessons. I understand that it is my responsibility to deliver my child to Greentree Acting Studio at commencement of the lesson and collect my child immediately at the conclusion of same.

• – To secure your place in this course we will need a completed enrolment form and full payment.
• – Fee is fully refundable if notice of 14 working days is provided prior to commencement of course. No Refunds or Transfers are available with less than 14 days notice.
• – Student enrolments are subject to availability and must be confirmed.
